Therapy For College
and Young Adults

We work with young adults who may be grappling with the weight of unrelenting standards, navigating self-compassion hurdles, and confronting issues of self-worth, self-understanding, identity, and future planning. At our practice, we focus on providing a secure space to delve into your challenges and foster resilience and empowerment.

More About What We Do

transitions

Our therapists can support you as you navigate a spectrum of life changes, including educational transitions ( like moving from high school to college or transitioning between academic programs), career changes (whether entering the workforce or shifting professions), and personal milestones ( such as moving away from home, forming new relationships, or exploring one’s identity). The challenges associated with these transitions may involve adapting to new environments, managing increased responsibilities, and coping with heightened expectations. Therapy provides a valuable support system to navigate the complexities of these transitions and foster personal growth.
