“I approach therapy with warmth, curiosity, and the belief that you are worthy of support exactly as you are. Together, we’ll explore the patterns and experiences that have shaped you, helping you build clarity, self-compassion, and a more trusting relationship with yourself.”

About Me

Hello! I approach my sessions with warmth, curiosity, and a genuine belief that every person is worthy of understanding and support, regardless of the judgments you may hold about yourself. I see therapy as a collaborative space for you to understand yourself better, to honor the experiences that have led you to where you are now, and to discover new perspectives that will serve you moving forward. My work is largely grounded in emotionally focused therapy, attachment-based theory, and a psychodynamic framework. I aim to help you bridge the gap between cognitive insight and embodied healing so you can develop a more compassionate and trusting relationship with your internal experiences. My hope is to empower you to drive your own growth while knowing you don’t have to do it alone.

Our therapeutic relationship can be a space to:

  • Deconstruct unhelpful narratives that are keeping you stuck
  • Find clarity in what matters to you
  • Validate your lived experiences
  • Confront uncomfortable feelings like shame, guilt, or anxiety
  • Practice healthy relational dynamics
  • Interrupt obsessive rumination about the past or future
  • Increase self-compassion and self-acceptance
  • Understand your attachment wounds
  • Show up authentically and imperfectly without judgment!
